Reformer Pilates takes the principles and movement of mat Pilates and reimagines it on a sprung board to deliver maximum benefits. Reformer sessions incorporate traditional Pilates moves, with strength and endurance exercises to deliver a rounded, full-body session.

The equipment helps generate internal pressure to elongate the spine, joints and muscles which in turn leads to greater flexibility, strength, stamina and a more balanced posture.

Reformer is brilliant for anyone suffering with joint pain, hips, knees, ankles, backs as you are exercising your body but without load or impact.
